Thought I would share this in case anyone might find useful...

Absolutely love the new theatre view.  Some of Greb's designs in particular are amazing but can look a little cluttered on my low-res laptop screen. Really like the default artist picture version also, but decided to make a few minor tweaks (though didn't even know what an xml file was until yesterday!) to make it more to my liking, wanted a slightly more minimal look.

- Made the right side bar transparent
- Changed fonts to Segoe in keeping with MB default
- Removed all colours to keep things as simple as possible
- Made album art a little bigger
- Added Year field (easily removed if you dont want it...)

Huge credit to Steven (and also Greb) for making theatre view absolutely stunning.

EDIT: (13/04/12) Updated to include many of the newer features Steven has implemented

- Ratings now shown
- Lyrics sidebar now autohides and lyrics indicator added
- Artist info available by clicking artist name in info bar
- Now playing assistant opens with click on 'Coming up next" or double click on upcoming tracks section

Haven't tried this on resolutions other than my own (1366x768) so not sure how well it scales.


Just put the xml in the TheatreMode.List folder as always...
