Musicbee is awesome by the way. Many thanks.

I've used Mediaportal for years and more recently Moovida & XBMC buthave come to the conclusion that I only really use these programs for music which is a bit of an over kill when Im usually just wanting to turn the HTPC on, pick a tune and kick back instead of waiting for lengthy start ups or sift through all the menus etc.

How much work ould it give music a 10 foot HTPC interface/skin/API? ideally with option of scrapping artist backdrops, lyrics and showing album art, now playing and the usual play/pause/skip.

I notice some work has started/been discussed on android remote controls etc which may tie in nicely with this. I know that if musicbee trys to do everything for everyone it will lose its focus but I just wondered if the above is a possibility in the future?

I realise I should be content with a freeware program that already does so much so well...but I couldnt help but ask.
