I'm going to continue the work on the German file and have already my first questions/remarks

As far as I can see, there is a text in 1.4 with no possibilty to translate:
- "Disc burning is not supported for XP"

And I suppose, for 2.0, you'll wait until the development is further, don't you?
- Nevertheless I'd like to point out a problem with the upcoming translation:
You changed the meaning of #PLE.ctl.20E7A3C0# from "Sorting and Grouping" to "sorting".
This is
1) easy to overlook for translators (because the text is already translated) and
2) wrong if one updates to 2.0 and has a not up-to-date translation file
3) also, if one downloads a 2.0 translation for a 1.4 MB...
My suggestion in such a situation would be, to create a new control with a new name and remove the old one.

Thx for the update, I like the new Theater Mode! And thx for the translation file. During translating I found some issues and have some questions concerning the new entries (as far as possible I doublechecked with the new dutch file, and there are the same problems). I hope, it's ok for you, when I post it here:
  
Not translatable (not found in the new file):
- Tools -> Burn Disc -> "Disc burning is not supported for XP"
- Edit -> Preferences -> Player -> "use Windows default"

Translated in the file, but the program shows still English text:
- #Sys.ctl.EC053D0C# use "flat" layout
- #AP.ctl.E34B56B1#  Remove Files
- #AP.ctl.534BF636#  Add Files
- #TMP.msg.from#  from

I don't find where the following tooltips should be showed (I could imagine, but suppose, they aren't visible at all, at least on WinXP):
- #Sys.ctl.F4B37B90# volume mute (1)
- #Main.help.MuteVol#   Mute volume
- #Main.help.EnaVol# Enable volume

And probably German specific:
- Edit -> Preferences -> Plugins -> The plugin names should begin with uppercase letter

1. What is "Unblock"ing? (Main.msg.UntlVSp, etc.)
In my Japanese Win7 has no "Unblock" in Properties of Explorer.

2. In Sys.ctl.F4B37B90, what "(1)" means? Not "{1}"?

3. On LFM.msg.view, does the word "view" mean a new concept/feature, or it is just a View menu?
And, please tell me how to display this string.

for 1, you will only see it on .exe and .dll files directly downloaded from the internet (i dont think it happens for unzipped files)
Blocking is a security measure by windows and then a file is blocked, some software wont load the file. It requires a manual step by the user to right click on the file/ and click the Unblock button (but you only see that button if the file is blocked)
2. If you go to Preferences/ Player/ Taskbar Player you will see what it means - it just means that selecting this command will use 1 button
3. if you right click on the library node/ Filters/ Manage Filters you will see a list of filters and filter conditions. "view" is a column header for a new attrribute that allows the user to select which view (Album and Tracks, Artwork, Track Details or Default) that will be displayed when the filter is active

On my MB (2.0.4467), there is no Taskbar Player section in Preferences/ Player/. Is something wrong?
