Allow users to define the 'ratings' value freely in user pref

Heya,
I would love to be able to tell MusicBee in the preferences what values to write into the mp3 POPM / rating field of flac, as well as how to display these values in MusicBee (i.e. what and from which field is 0 stars, 1 star, etc).
