Release sound contols when playback is stopped (ASIO)

It would be helpful if the sound controls were released when playback is stopped when using ASIO. With the current ASIO setup, MusicBee takes control when starting, and does not release it until closed. This prevents an obvious usage pattern where you stop playback and minimize MusicBee to do things like watching a movie or calling someone.

I would support this. It causes some annoyance for using the fine musicbee for musician purposes
