Multiple highlight rule match

Just as we have with multiple entries in other fields (eg. Genre) could we have the "+" sign if the same occurs with multiple matches in the highlighting rules. The extra coloured markers would then show up on mouse-over, same as the extra entries currently show up in other fields.

I would welcome some kind of solution to show multiple matching highlighting rules. I would ideally like them to be visible without mouse over but anything would be better than nothing.
