Turn off delete confirmations in library

Could we have the option to turn off permanent delete confirmation for the library (such as when using shift+delete)?  I'm not sure why the confirmations are stricter for the library than for playlists, since it seems like you'd be more likely to accidentally delete something via playlist.

i have made prompting for permanent delete (using the SHIFT key) a setting in the main preferences panel, where it prompts by default as now.
I have also made permanent deletion from playlists consistent with the main music library and the new setting
