Add an option to mark podcasts as 'played' after synchronizing

In addition to my previous thread (bidirection synchronisation) I'd like to request an option that synchronized podcasts could be marked as read in MB. With the help of this option podcasts episodes which are deleted on the device won't be transferred again during the next sync.
