Convert split tracks from cue sheets to device.

I love that Musicbee natively splits the tracks from cue sheets for playback but it can't seem to convert those split files to another format when say, transferring to a device. I have some mp3+cue sheets that I'd like to split and send to my mp3 player but it errors in the process every time. Is there any workaround or is that a feature that can be added?
