Hello!

Would it be possible to let the user add more custom web links for the playing or selected track like shown in the following image:
http://www.mediafire.com/?t1d23blbk208w9n
?

This would be very useful.

It would also be great to have an option in preferences to open by default the web links disposed in the right panel in default browser.

Thank you.

I only recently discovered how very useful these links are to help finding good and reliable tags for genre, style, year, musicians, etc.
But you'll often have to consult several websites (allmusic, RYM, wikipedia, lastfm, discogs, etc.) before finding and deciding on the best information.
Also sometimes you want to search for a song, and other times for an album, or a work (classical). This also means an increased amount of required links.

So I would definitely appreciate and use the option to have more links available.

+1 Especially given the fact that there seems to be several sites that specialize in a particular genre of music, many times with little or no overlap.  For example videogame soundtracks are seldom represented in more mainstream sites but have extensive coverage in VGMdb (metadata) and rpgfan, squireenixmusic online and vgmo.net (reviews).

Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

One way to implement this would be to add sub-menus to the context menu bookmarks list.
For configuration pane, adopt the current playlist tree dialog. Then people could add maximum six folders (sub-menus) and lots of custom links under each of them, while creating, renaming, moving around links between folders just as we do with playlists.
