User Defined Play&Skip counting rules

Make the rules of play count and skip count can be user defined.
for me, i would like less 10% == skipped and over 30% == played
is it possible and reasonable?

Yeah that would be nice. Also enabling to count the skips achieved on an external mp3 player would be good. But looking at the fact that there are 1797 topics in this forum category means it'll take some time.

Although I must say that I'd prefer 0,001% - 30% ...

this has been asked a few times and i have added a configurable % played and number of seconds settings for each of skip and play count.
However for play count, when scrobbling is enabled then it uses the last.fm settings (as now) - this is so people dont end up having different play counts on last.fm and musicbee

I just changed one of these values and got the "Information" message "When last.fm scrobbling is enabled...".
Unfortunately, there's no way to dismiss the information dialog.

They also breed like wet mogwais; now I have five of them!
