Hello,

Using MusicBee 1.2 beta with latest updates (01/10/2010).
Windows 7 64bit.
iPhone OS 3.1.2 (latest).

When running MB (with the iPone connected either before or after MB starts) the iPhone does not appear in the Devices list on the left.  An SD memory card that I am using does appear however.
If I enter "iPhone" in the address bar MS replies:
"The connection was refused when attempting to contact iPhone."

Is the iPhone a supported device at this time?
Is there any other information that would be helpful in debugging this issue?

Otherwise, I really like MB.  Definitely better than iTunes or WMP.  Keep up the great work.

you have the detect iPhone preference ticked in the first preferences panel?

That did the trick, although I then had to restart MB for the iPhone to show up in the Devices list in the left pane.

Thanks!

Is there a "Tips and Tricks" page or FAQ for setting up various portable players with MB?
If not, I would be happy to help create one.

yes there is a How-To section on this forum - please feel free to add to it.
Also if you press F1 or click the ? button in each window in MusicBee that has some online help as well
