MusicBee intercepts keyboard shortcut even when minimized

I have 'Scan Folders for New Files' mapped to Insert. With MB minimized / sent to tray, it is still intercepting Insert and bringing up 'Scan Folders' dialog - I would expect MB to ignore that keybinding when not focused.

I just did some testing.
I have mine minimized and no issues using the 'insert' key.  And insert is the hotkey as default when installed.
I checked my hotkey settings and noticed there is a global option which was turned off.
If I turn this on it behaves as you describe.  So.. go in there and turn it off =)
