Rescan 'selected' files or folders

It would be nice to have a feature that allows you to rescan selected folders and files, in addition to rescanning all files.
For example, right-click on the folder(s)/files, and the menu would say, Rescan files/folders. This would be much faster
when you have a large library, then rescan all files. Or i missing something.

Create a new toolbar icon (right click tabs bar).
Set the command for File: Scan Folders For New Files.
Clicking this new command will pop-up a new window where you can define which folder(s) to scan.
