Track layout differences between language settings?

Hello everyone. I recently moved to MusicBee after having to use a Windows environment for work. The program is good, but I noticed a strange occurrence when setting the language of the application to Japanese. When switching the display language from English to Japanese, the amount of columns of tracks being shown per album changes from three to two. Is this on purpose, and, if so, why? Also, is there a way to have it show three columns of tracks when on the Japanese setting? I've included pictures of what it looks like with both English and Japanese language settings.
