Want to make a System Shock 2 themed skin

I'd like to make a System Shock 2 skin for MB using these colors to match the wallpaper I have:

What would be the best way of doing so?

This is what I use:

• PNG -> base64:
  https://base64.guru/converter/encode/image/png
• base64 -> PNG:
  https://base64.guru/converter/decode/image/png

In the thread for Part 2, the last post includes a link to another base 64:

But...

• only a part of the interface is functional: the top blue bar
• you must remove the prefix "data:image/png;base64," to use the base64 code in a MusicBee skin
