how to change universal microphone icon in music explorer

Does anybody know if there is a way to easily change the image for non-used artist in music explorer when looking at similar artists.  I know I could add images by pasting them into the square for every artist but that is time-consuming and unnecessary.  I wanted to use a generic image instead of the grey default microphone

See image below,  I'm not an expert coder or big techie but thinking maybe it's an easy fix like adding an image to a certain folder?
