Global Hotkey for One-Way "Like" on Last.fm

Currently, the global hotkey toggles the "like" status on and off, which can be inconvenient when the player window is not visible. It would be great to have a dedicated hotkey for liking a track without the risk of unliking it if it's already marked as liked.  

For example, in AIMP, this is achieved by syncing a 5-star rating with the like status—this could be a viable approach as well.

It looks like the download link to that plugin is broken?

For the mean time, this can also be accomplished using the ASR function of the Additional Tagging & Reporting Tools plugin:
Create a preset that writes 'L' to 'Love' and then assign a shortcut to it.
