scanning gone wrong

I have been trying to get artwork for an album I downloaded. I tagged it and scanned it again. there is no artwork for it, but the album title came out wrong, the music and artists is all  wrong. i tried rescanning it twice more and same thing. What did i do and how can I fix? thanks in advance

Open the Tag Editor and correct the tags.

Or for more help, we need more details. For starters, you say you tagged it and scanned it again.
- How did you scan it again. Exactly what are you doing?
- What's the name of the album and where did you download it from?
