Hi MB guys,

When syncing to my Android (Xiaomi 14T Pro) with Music Bee (3.6), my Android keeps beeping me with messages saying, 'New Photo location—Open settings.'

However, I believe this is due to OneDrive syncing/scanning the Pictures folder in the background and seeing the new CD cover artwork of the tracks I am updating.

This is somewhat related to a previous post, as my Android shows all of the CD covers in my 'Gallery', and the only way I was able to 'hide them' was to buy a photo viewer/gallery app that allowed me to exclude specific folders. However, that solution has rendered the gallery app much slower to work than it should.

Any experience in how to fix this- or direction I should go to see how to fix it?

Thanks all- D

It sounds like your album artwork is saved as a separate file. Embedding it within the music file should prevent OneDrive from seeing it.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Thank you- that seemed to have done the trick.

I'm not sure why the default settings can't be made more basic for regular use- and then you can tweak from there. There are too many things to learn/do to have it work. Anyway- I learned a bit more today!
