You ripped the files in Windows Media Player?
And you want to know why artwork isn't showing on you A35?

What does this have to do with MusicBee?
Are you syncing to the device with MB?
If so, how?
If not, you'd be better off asking on an A35 forum
Download the latest MusicBee v3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

In addition to replying to these previously asked questions, understand that Windows Media Player is notorious for changing, deleting, or otherwise messing with tags.

Additional questions:
- Have you confirmed that the artwork actually exists in the ripped file?
- Does the artwork appear when you play the file in MB or a music player that -isn't- Windows Media Player?
- What format are the files you're transferring?
- What version of MB are you using? (Help > About) INCLUDE THE LETTER (if any) AFTER THE NUMBER
- How was MB installed? (Store, Installer, Portable)

...the version of MB is  3.5.8447.0  installed from the Microsoft store .
The Store version can not be updated by using a patch. The version you're using is almost two years old. There have been many bug fixes, updates, and improvements since that version was released. The current Store version is 3.5.8698 and that is more than a year old.

I strongly recommend using the Portable or Installer version, which can easily be updated using the patches that Steven frequently releases.

I have no idea if the newer releases will fix your problem, but it's possible. The only way to find out is to download and use the latest 3.6 version (ideally Portable) and test it. What you'll have to do is download the latest 3.5 from the first forum topic and then apply the 3.6 patch. Place the Portable in a folder like C:\MusicBee. Configure you as you wish and then uninstall the Store version. You can have both versions installed at the same time so that you can copy settings from one to the other, but get rid of the Store version as soon as you can.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Yes, welcome, and FWIW, I do all my file management using MusicBee and when I occasionally do find it helpful to use Windows Media Player, I find that WMP itself is missing some of the album art I load through all my MB rips, etc. It's minor (<1%) but it's been there. Sorry that I have no recent-at-all experience using WMP to transfer music-anything.

For now (this would be urgent to me), and until you get familiar with MB, have you tried dragging-and-dropping your music to the Sony player using File Explorer? I've always and regularly drag-and-dropped to various devices, satisfactorily -album art and all.

Good luck getting past this which you will.
