Yes, I updated to 3.6. by doing a full install (no patch). My Windows 11/security software (I'm not sure which) blocked the patch, so I downloaded the 3.6 full install and ran it.
In the middle of this process, I decided to pull my external hard drive off the router where it was connected and plugged it into the hub for my laptop, which made the access more direct. On the router I was having network connection issues with the drive, as it seemed to be timing out/disconnected (USB powered off?) occasionally, and I was unable to solve it with settings.
As I was starting a big update, I deleted my old libraries and rescanned my entire music library on the new drive location. I got to around 30,000 tracks out of 40,000, and it kept hanging up on a Killers album. I tried several times with the same results, then deleted the album from the drive and successfully completed the library scan.
However, I seem to have NO files showing in my 'MUSICBEE LIBRARY,' but everything is showing/playing in MUSIC EXPLORER, including the Billie Eilish song. I have created a playlist of about 800 songs that perfectly syncs to my phone.
So I guess the last thing I need to understand is why the new 'Musicbee Library' I created is not showing.
