I need help to understand how to fix my settings.

I just got a new phone (Android 13) and syncing my 3,500 album database, which has been meticulously curated with high(er) res images over the years. Each album has the ‘cover’ in the same folder as the MP3 file of the album tracks.

With syncing using MusicBee by USB, all the CD covers synced are blurry.

My previous phone (Android 13 also) was synced via iTunes playlist using the iSyncr conduit. It used the same database of albums/images, and the images were sharp and clear.

I hope someone can help me with the settings I should use.

NOTE: I chose ‘embed the image to the files’ as a sync option because I was getting all my CD covers showing up in my Gallery files and was not yet able to figure out how to exclude them (other than using a gallery app that can exclude folders). However, it's much slower to use as it has to work extra to scan around the music folder.

Thanks!
I am doing my best, but I am better with help!

Haven't given this a proper read, but check that this setting is not enabled:
Edit > Preferences > Devices > Configure > Settings > Artwork Storage ... resize artwork to
Strength and Honour (2025)

Yeah- that was checked- although I swear I had made sure it was unchecked, as I knew I didn't want that.

Does that mean my entire library is resized? Any damage done to my original files?

Thanks for noting the obvious setting issue ;)
