improve the contrast of synced lyrics

For synced lyrics, the lyrics (except for the active line) are extremely difficult to read:



two requests:

1. improve its contrast
2. also have it follow 'ContrastBoost' when present in a skin

Knowing full well that this is a subjective thing, one could argue it's kinda the point with synced lyrics.
However, I'm in full support of it following the contrast boost element

Thanks, that improves things slightly.
But since the boost has to come from far for these near-invisible-lines, it's still not great.
(I could set a much higher value for contrastboost, but that would 'break' things at all the other locations that it affects)

So, I wouldn't mind if the initial contrast would still be upped a bit.
