Hello,

I'd like to add a new tab that lists all the artists in my music collection, in exactly the same way as my "Albums" tab (photo below). I've been rummaging around for over two hours and can't find anything to personalize my tab, which remains empty.

Could you help? Thanks a lot and have a nice weekend!

Yes, exactly!

How did you manage to display it?
In my new tab that I've named Artist, I have nothing to customize it and when I go to "Configure panels" it changes my Albums tab configuration.

create new tab:

click "music" node on the left panel (you'll need to enable it first: from MB menu> view> arrange panels> left sidebar):

click the "tracks", or "albums", or whatever will be displayed in the top left corner, and select "artists" from the drop-down list (see screenshot from my previous post):

@FurstMan:
I suppose from your screenshots that the drop-down list mentioned by boroda is hidden, .
In order to display it:
* right-click under the tab
* select "Show Header Menu"

Then, in the new menu:
* select "Artists"

If you get album covers instead of artist pictures, there is a last action to perform:
* open the "Artists" menu (
* select Customise Panel...

* in the lower part of the options, select "show artist picture"

Thank you so much for your help, you're great!

I managed to get the artists page thanks to you.
But I still have a few small details to correct: I'd like to replace the icon on my tab (the music note) and have the round artist image, like on your screenshots.

Could you help me again?

Thanks again and have a good weekend!

I'd like to replace the icon on my tab (the music note)
Right click on the tab header > Select Tab Icon
(To enable this option you will need to 'pin' the tab first):

and have the round artist image, like on your screenshots.
Edit Preferences > Layout (1) > Artist Pictures: Crop To A Circle:

Thanks again!
Yes, I had seen the "Select tab icon" option, but it requires me to have an image and it seems to me that there are already some built into MB, like the musical note that's already there. Perhaps I was mistaken?

Yes, you will need to find your own icons for this:
Have a look through this board.
Or here's a website I have used occasionally: Phosphor Icons.

(I'm sure there are lots of other sources)

You should save any you want to use in your MusicBee\Icons\ folder

Got it, thanks again for your help.
I made a PNG screenshot of my right column icons (added with this tutorial) to reuse them. It works perfectly!
