I have a couple of files from my drive that used to appear on my musicbee library, but they aren't showing up anymore. I checked inbox and they aren't here, tried to add them manually but I get the message "No files added" at the bottom right corner, yet I can play them externally as they don't seem to be corrupted.

Anyone knows how I can bring them back to the library?

Find them in the Computer node folder structure, right click them and see if the Send To menu shows they're in one of the other sections (Audiobooks, Podcasts).  You can put them back in the music library from there.

Alternately, if they're in a bunch of different folders and it's cumbersome to do it that way, you can manually check the other sections for errant files.

Do you mean the file explorer by "computer node folder structure"?

No, I mean the literal "Computer" section in the left panel.

Again, if that is confusing or cumbersome, you can accomplish the same thing the other way around by manually checking the other sections for errant files that really belong in your Music library.

Alright so I think I managed to bring back all the missing files by right-clicking on the drive -> Send To -> File Rescan
