Deleting unwated tags

Hi, I have googled and searched on here to no avail.

My files are all rips or downloads in WAV, FLAC or MP3

The only tags I really use are:
Track
Artist
Album Artist
Album
Year
Track
Track Count
Disc
Disc Count
Comment
Grouping

Can I go into tag inspector and delete everything else eg ENCODER, ENCODING PARAMS, ITUNES_CDDB_IDS, ITUNNORM, PGAP, UFIDHTTP://WWW.CDDB.COM/ID3?TAGINFO1.HTML, etc etc (I have no idea what they do)?

Or will it cause chaos if I do?

I do this (deleting every tag I don't use in MB using the tag editor) and haven't encountered any issues so far.

Also, just in case you don't know, the 3.6 version lets you select and delete multiple tags at once, which makes mass-deleting tags much easier.
