I don't think so, but why? What would the purpose of bookmarks be?
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

it was just a question
it would have been another way to listen music because sometimes i like just a part of a track
but it's certainly complex to do and not necessarily useful

Right-click on a track > Edit > Settings > start time / end time.
But I imagine that would be  pretty time consuming if you're doing more than a couple of tracks.

i know this option
i tried it before using bookmarks, but bookmarks are so simple to use that it's already great
perhaps it could have been an option, for example adding a field "bookmark" for the tracks in the playlist to define the default choice bookmark or full track ?
it's just an idea but not necessarily interesting for most of people and as i said bookmarks option is already great...

the idea would be to have the possibility to add bookmarks in playlists
and then having the choice between a bookmark or the full track
if there are several bookmarks for the same track they could be identified by a number
for example by
- nothing (full track)
- 1 (bookmark 1)
- 2  (bookmark 2)
...
