I want to change the speaker icon color to white, but I can't find the right cod

I use Gray (slim) theme and I'd like all the speaker icons to be white instead of red. Help me find the right code, please 🙏🏻 I've been looking for information for a week now and haven't been able to find anything. Because I'm not good at programming.
