Spek.exe 0.8.5 64-bit Windows binary now available

As the title says.  This build dated 02/06/23;  there is a portable zip version and an *.msi installer, 64-bit only:

"Beta versions of v0.8.5 installers for Windows and macOS are now available, you can get them on the download page. The packages include all the features and fixes accumulated over the last few years."

I've been using the branched 0.8.2.3 as an external tool in MusicBee for years, this newer version by the original author ecsaped me.  BTW yes the 64-bit version, like most external tools and encoders, will work just fine with MB.
