Panel resizer in Music Explorer remains unlocked despite Lock Layout is enabled

In the Music Explorer tab, the panel resizer between the left and main (middle) panels remains unlocked even when the option 'Lock layout - disable resizing of panels' is enabled in preferences.




Edit: this issue is also present in the 'Podcasts' tab as well

I can't reproduce this.

What version of MB are you using? (Help > About) INCLUDE THE LETTER (if any) AFTER THE NUMBER
How was MB installed? (Store, Installer, Portable)
