File Converter: Allow more than 9 max threads

With modern CPUs being absolutely bonkers in terms of thread counts and juice, it would be nice to be able to increase usage past 9.

but bear in mind there will be a limit to throughput if the disk can't keep up, and it may end up taking longer as a result.

Most good SATA hard drives will top out at about 120MiB/s, usually less, approx half that if you're reading/writing to the same disk.
