Wired devices are not recognized

When I connect an Android device with a wire, the device icon does not appear in the upper right corner and it is not recognized. Therefore, I cannot transfer songs to the device. The device is recognized on the pc itself. I would like to know if there is a solution to this bug.

Make sure the device in unlocked before attaching it to the PC and make sure MB is running.
