As you can see it's Bee-liever's "Album Tiles", but with an enlarged now-playing album cover, the ordering of the tiles now snakes from left-to-right and down and the brightness for the tiles descends inversely to the play order.

Welcome to the forum thinklater,

Not many make great introductions to the forum like you have here.
This is really beautiful. Well done! Bee-liever's Album Tiles is one of my favourite TMs too.

Consider adding it to MusicBee's website add-ons section.

well, i'm very impressed. even didn't know that something similar is possible for tms (i mean descending brightness of the tiles).

I may have to use that varying brightness idea if I ever get around to doing an update on my TM.

sorry for the stupid question; I haven't used tms for a long time. is it embedded tm or isn't? how do I use it? i've placed the xml file in the "TheaterMode.List" folder, but when i select this tm i get an error message:

">" is not an allowed marker. The expected marker is "=". line 19, position 76.

It works as embedded although it requires keeping the same aspect ratio (cropping one side with a lyrics panel works, for example), and Normal dock or Fullscreen dock work. I'm looking around line 19 and can't see anything out of place...

Just to be sure, if you copy the raw code from and including <?xml to </root> at https://github.com/tedhinklater/beelieverbigmode/blob/main/Bee-liever%20Bigmode.xml and just make a new notepad file inside TheatreMode.List (for Fullscreen/Normal Dock mode) or inside TheatreMode.Embeded (for Embedded mode), paste the code into the notepad and rename the file whatever.xml then retry.

Can I ask which source you downloaded? i.e. Mediafire or github, maybe I fluffed up one of the releases

Thanks bud I'm very much "standing on the shoulders of giants" as they say :D you did all the hard work! I was hoping to have the same fade transition as the Fluent Carousel TM has but it seems like witchcraft

This is a nice theater mode. But, how do I disable the screen saver?

i don't remember where I downloaded it from (from somewhere starting with this topic), but it's definitely not the version you linked in your answer. your last linked version is working fine for me.

p.s. i looked at the version i downloaded, it begins with <!DOCTYPE html>. it's just not xml file.

I'm glad to hear it's fixed Boroda! No current versions have <!DOCTYPE html> so hopefully it was a weird mistake and is gone now.

Thanks Thinklater.

Ah sorry Naresh I was wrong, that just activates it. If you hit View > Start Theatre Mode, then right-click the main area, you get the option to enable/disable Screen Saver.
