You say you want to "move the library folder." Relink Music File Paths is not a way to move files or folders. It is a way to let MB know that files it expects to find in one place have already been moved to another place.
Have you already moved the files?
If not, you'll want to use MB's file organization tools to move the files to where you want them to be. That way there's no discrepancy and no need to relink the music file paths.
Thanks for the reply, I've edited my post as regardless of the library folder path names, MusicBee locks up when clicking "Relink Music File Paths".

Yes, I need this as when I move and rename my library folder (data & settings only) from "D:\Music\MB Library" to "E:\MusicBee\MusicBee Library" (the music files staying in the same directory (D:\Music\Music), not moving), MusicBee changes the "root" location of where it expects the music files to be from "D:\Music\Music" to "E:\Music\Music\".
This is how my MusicBee is setup right now:
D:\Music\MB Library (library folder, data & settings only - what I want to move to and rename to "E:\MusicBee\MusicBee Library")
D:\Music\Music (all music files)

I'm using duplicates of my library folder to try and achieve what I want atm

These tools appear to be for music files. To be clear, I'm only wanting to move my library folder (data & settings only), the the music file folder is staying where it is
