disorder number track list, why?

According to the filenames:
22, 23, 24, 25, 26 may be part of disc 2. So that may play a hand in the abnormal sorting.

Enabling "track sub-grouping" in the Album Tracks customize panel options and setting it to <Disc#> should bring the mystery to light.

-   Have you tried refreshing the tab? view > refresh
-   What's the current selection in the Album and Tracks > Sort By menu?
    What happens when you use a simple sorting structure such as Album/ Track# ?

The usual reason is tag discrepancies between the files. Did you check the files individually in MusicBee and compared the Disc# eg. some files it might be blank and other files it might be null or "1". Or perhaps you sort by year and the files have different years.
Also in the Album and Tracks setting panel, you have Track# before Disc# in the sub--header fields that might affect things.

The original poster would need to show us what the tags look like from MusicBee's internal Tag Inspector - not Windows Explorer.
It is likely disc numbers are tagged.
