My english is not perfect, i read some posts but i still dont understand how to do this.
I want that scan all my mp3s and to automatically find that songs that not have cover and automotically search online for covers and add to mp3 files.
How to do this? Can someone explain me step by step?
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum stefs1,

#1   To automatically find that songs that not have cover
#2   To automotically search online for covers and add to mp3 files.
#1    Tools > Artwork > Album Artwork Manager...
#2    Tools > Artwork > Downloader...

Not exactly a step by step, but have a look at the above tools and see if you can figure it out.
If you still cannot, you can come back here and we'll take it further.

1. Are the files tagged with album artist and album title?
2. Can you find covers manually on deezer bing fanart and/or itunes (i.e. do they exist)?

In order to just about anything organizational with MB, you need to have at least a minimum set of correct tags. By minimum I'd suggest <album>, <artist>, <album artist>, <title>.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
