Dragged an album (was previously loaded), now not displaying or saving when sent to volume analysis (WAV files)

Where did you drag it from?
Where did you drag it to?
Did you drag it using Windows File Explorer or from within MB's computer node?
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Yes, dragged from Windows File Explorer to MB's music window as per normal (provided a link to the screenshot with initial post, but I guess it didn't load?)

so the files had tag values before being dragged into MB?
and did the tags show when first dragged into MB?
make sure you are using the latest version from the downloads page

Yes and yes. Using latest version.

In my experience, WAV files have always had problems retaining tags after being edited in any way.
