How do I use these File Type Icons?

This is my first post on the fourm, so if I posted this in the wrong place, feel free to move it to its correct place on the Fourms.

It's been a while since trying to do this, and I forget how to add custom file type icons from this pack:

(Example: Custom .mp3, .flac, .wav. Icons)

Three methods are shown in this page:

1) regedit.exe
2) Default Programs Editor (3rd-party tool)
3) FileTypesMan (3rd-party tool)

I remember using FileTypesMan, but it must have been a long time ago.
