As title says, I've tried some solutions looking up related threads in here. I've also reinstalled, but I am still having issues.

It's a little difficult to offer any help based on the minimal information you've  provided.

What version of MB are you using? (Help > About) INCLUDE THE LETTER (if any) AFTER THE NUMBER
How was MB installed? (Store, Installer, Portable)
Does MB eventually open?
If so, is there anything in the error log? (Help > Support > View Error Log
If so, copy/paste it here. Do not paste the entire log. Start with the date/time closely related to when you opened MB and the error occurred.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Reinstalling completely and whitelisting it on my firewall.

Version is 3.5.8447
I installed using the installer
When it opens, it shows the icon before opening the window and the window opens with all of the UI loaded but you cannot interact with it at all, you have to close the window from the taskbar popup when you hover over it.
I can't interact with it at all so I can't get to the error log from there, I've forgotten where you find the error log in the directory too, sorry

Look in MB's AppData folder. The log is named ErrorLog.dat

Hmmm ... just taking a guess ... are you using last.fm to scrobble? That might be causing the problem.

As a test, download and install the 3.5 Portable version of MB from the first forum topic. Once installed update with the latest patch found in my signature below.
Be sure to place MB in a new folder that isn't controlled by Windows. Use something like x:\MusicBee. And yes, you can have the Installer version and the Portable version installed at the same time as long as they're not in the same folder.

I do use it to scrobble, but I changed my username on Last.fm and also changed it on MusicBee forever ago.. I believe this may be a plugin that I had no clue didn't change with everything else lol. I'll test the portable ver, thank you!

Ok, the portable version works. I've since restarted my system and MusicBee worked for a good... 10 seconds before it froze again. It now refuses to open, I'm trying to see why something that utilises Last.fm is still using an old username I had changed ages ago on MusicBee..

Do you know where any Last.fm cache for MusicBee or login details are stored? I thought it was login details for a plugin I had that I forgot to change when I changed my Last.fm username but I cannot find any of my Last.fm plugins. I only have the built-in Last.fm scrobbler it seems.

Nevermind, I erased the Last.fm login information in the .dat file, then overwrote everything with the patch and now it works!

Glad to hear you're up and running again. I suggest you stay with the Portable version since -all- MB files are in one folder which makes it much easier to do backups. Simple copy the entire folder to a flash drive.

Once you're confident that Portable is working as expected you can uninstall the Installer version.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
