I don't think this feature is available...

Is it possible to store music on an external drive, and when you unplug that drive for its content not to disappear from the Musicbee library. So that when you plug it back in Musicbee does not have to scan the drive again.

Some media databases support this feature, where if you try playing a file on an unplugged drive you get the message "media unavailable", but the contents of the unplugged drive always remains in the library.

As long as the external drive is not included in the monitored folders, its content will be kept in the library.
