ALL VIDEOS NOW SHOWING AS UNKNOWN ARTISTS

I have over 3500 music videos, all was ok yesterday, but tried to add some artist images to the few that were missing.
I believe I put one image in my video folder, and showed up on all that did not have an image.
Couldn't work out how to change it or remove it, so today Idecided to remove and reinstall musicbee.
Once it was reinstalled and scanned all video files they all now come under unknown artist ?
have never had this problem before as MB has always sorted videos out under each artist.
Any help would be appreciated

When you open some of those videos in the Tag Editor, does the <artist> tag show any values in there?
If not, then the behaviour you described is to be expected.
