How to change the colour of the taskbar window? (dont know what it's called)

I started to change my musicbee be skin to This, but it seems this taskbar window's colour is white instead of black, can someone points out in the .xml file where to change its colour?

Please post this in the thread for the skin you're using so the skin developer can see it. More than likely the developer failed to skin that element.

the taskbar popout cannot be customised for colours
