Possible to change left panel view for podcasts?

I would prefer to not see the podcast art or the podcaster summary in the left panel.  It would be a better visual and easier to use if there were only the podcast name and the number of episodes.  Is there any way to change the configuration of how the left panel displays for podcasts?   Many thanks.

click the 'Podcast' button at the top left of the panel and untick 'show thumnails'
