Hi guys,

I'm running MusicBee 3.5 and I've always been embedding artworks within the audio files.
Since updating to v3.5 I started noticing something weird: when I double-click a song to play, the artwork from the previous played file gets embedded into the current playing song. It never happened before.
Any idea, please?
Thanks

Steven

Hi Steven and thanks for your reply.

I have simply set the option to embed pictures in the audio file. Everything worked fine with previous version, but since I installed v3.5 this is happening.
Now, every time I play a song, the artwork from the previous played one will be embeded into the current playing song. I basically can't use MusicBee as it's ruining all my files.

I believe I have sorted it out:

By default, v3.5 did check the box "copy to the same folder as the music file and name as (cover)", under Preferences---> Tags 1---> Artwork.
It added a Cover.jpg from one of the files I played which was then loaded and used for any file I played.
I unchecked that box and left "embed picture in the music file" only, and it is now giving priority (therefore showing) the original embedded picture.
I hope it helps.
