<Album Rating> doesn't display properly

Soo i think this is a bug if im right
Im usually not a fan of individual track rating, im more of just an album rating one
so i love the idea that <Album Rating> tag exists and i can edit the rating of the selected album in the sidebar.

But The Problem Is
If the album doesnt have a rating yet... it just the tag doesnt display at all in the sidebar and i cant edit it or see it
ik that exists shortcuts and shift+enter (cs i use them), but i would love the idea to just see if the album rating is 0 and edit it properly like everything that works with the display of album rating
