What does that mean?
Would you like to see the cursor of your mouse following what is happening in the progress bar?

Perhaps this?

Preferences > Now Playing > playback > playback follows cursor
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

You must be dropping the Header Menu in the Now Playing panel instead;  it's NOT there, you need to drop the main MusicBee menu in the upper left corner of the appplication, and click "Edit Preferences".  That will bring up the Preferences panel--then click the "Now Playing" choice on the left side and you'll see the "playback" section where you can make the change.

if you mean you want MB to highlight or select the playing track, those options are a couple below the playback follows cursor option
