Now you can have a dedicated icon for every toolbar command.

How to use
- unzip and copy all icon files to the App Data directory where you installed MusicBee. This is usually found in the path C:\Users\{User}\AppData\Roaming\MusicBee\Icons
- open MusicBee
- right-click the toolbar (where the tabs and searchbox reside)
- click Configure Toolbar
- pick a command for the button via the dropdown
- click the ... button to browse and select your preferred icon for this particular toolbar button
- optionally, click the + button to add a new toolbar button and repeat above steps
- click the Update button to save

- unzip and copy all icon files to the following folder on your computer: C:\Users\{User}\AppData\Roaming\MusicBee\Icons
Nicely done.

Note that folks who are using the Portable version of MB (and possibly those who use the Store version) are not using the path you've indicated. You might want to clarify that.

I have no idea what the Store version does as I've never used it and have no plans to.

As for the Portable version, the path would be where ever the user decided to install it. Perhaps your wording could be something like "... in the App Data directory where you installed MB."

I would think most users who opt for the Portable version are savvy enough to know the path to their installation and would know not use C:\Users. But if it's a new user, the additional information would be helpful.

@T010, i have very little drawing/designing talents. if you are familiar with my AT&RT plugin, and aware of what its commands do, could you create toolbar icons in the style of this icon pack for these plugin's commands?:

Copy Tag
Swap Tags
Change Case
Re-encode Tag
Re-encode Tags
Library Reports
Auto Rate
Advanced Search & Replace
Multiple Search & Replace
Calculate Average Album Ratings
Compare Tracks
Copy Tags to Clipboard
Paste Tags from Clipboard
---
Tag History
Backup Tags for All Tracks
Backup Tags for Selected Tracks
Restore Tags for All Tracks
Rename or Move Backup
Move Backup(s)
Create New Baseline of Current Library
Create Empty Baseline and Restore Tags from Another Library
Delete Backups

just in case, here are command descriptions.

thank you in any case.

I could have a go but it will likely be a matter of months before I can share progress, if any at all. Don't hesitate to remind me next quarter

Just a spur-of-the-moment (Red Red Wine) thought:
The icons that you have created are of a very high quality for sure.
I think both MusicBee, and boroda's plugin would benefit if (many of) your icons were available by default.
It would elevate both MusicBee and the AT&RT plugin.

Not sure how that should be worked out, and it will probably also make it impossible for MusicBee users to understand that it is your work that should be credited and appreciated, and can be supported. (by something like 'buy me coffee')

(not a question, or a suggestion, just voicing a thought)

Thanks, I'm not opposed to your idea, and if the powers that be agree, things can be worked out.
Coffee is already welcome via the link in signature ;)
