Set Displayed Fields panel won't close at first

I can't replicate this properly, but it has been occurring to me more than once over the couple of months, on different installs:
When I use Set Displayed Fields for Tracks view in the main panel, and then close it by pressing the 'x', sometimes the panel does not close but instead jumps somewhere to the bottom right of my screen and stays open.
Clicking the 'x' again will then close it.

I can confirm that this has been going on for more than months. Perhaps a year or two. I have two monitors with MB on the primary (left) monitor. Sometimes when clicking the X on the 'set displayed fields' window, it jumps to the secondary (right) monitor. As hiccup states, clicking on the X a second time closes the window.

I would estimate this happens less than 50% of the time I open that window.

I will test it over the course of the weekend. Since it doesn't happen every time, I may see it fixed during my weekend testing and then see it again in a week. Or not, if it's been fixed.

It hasn't happened again until now, but this seems to have introduced a different bug:
When trying to drag the tag right below 'Common Fields' (or right below 'Other Fields') the whole panel will move.

Semi-confirmed. The only field I've found that moves the entire window is Album Artist. I test all five fields from the Common Fields section and only Album Artist moves it. I spot checked many of the fields in Other Fields and didn't find one that moved the window.

As for the original issue, I have not seen the reported behavior with the latest patch.
