Custom view reset bug

I have my custom layout and custom view like in this image below:


However, everytime I go to playlist tab and switch to a different playlist, then I go back to my custom layout, it will reset that the right panel of track information disappears (Pic below). To fix this I need to reclick my custom view from the dropdown list on top left to reapply my custom view again, every single time I am required to do so to revive my custome view. Is this a bug or am I doing sth wrong?

My primary Custom View also resets to a previous version whenever I go to the Playlists tab.

The custom view for artwork layout only supports the basic main panel settings such as fields displayed in each picture and a few other basic things. It doesnt include extended panel info or track lists in this example

In my case, I moved !! Previous Settings.layout from outside the ../AppData/Saved Settings/Layout directory and my layout doesn't seem to revert anymore.
